International shipping: We offer international shipping using the Aftership plugin via Squarespace. Shipping costs depend on carrier rates and will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping in Poland: Domestic shipping is carried out via Poczta Polska. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days, and you will be informed of the estimated delivery time before your order is dispatched.

Personal pickup: Art objects can be picked up personally from the artist if arranged in advance. This applies exclusively to art objects.

Pre-Orders: Certain items may be available for pre-order. Customers on the waitlist will be informed of expected wait times and updates regarding their orders.

Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital services and products such as graphic creation, marketing strategies, digital videos and photos, music, text, and visual content creation, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available for digital products or services once delivered.

If you encounter an issue with a digital product or service, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Physical Products: For physical products such as art prints, sculptures, merchandise, books, and magazines:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Custom Orders: Custom-designed items, including commissioned artworks or tailored products, are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
